recommendations for lifestyle changes
considerations for nutritional & dietary adjustments
emotional imbalances in the body + a daily protocol for restoring balance
identification of trapped emotions & a plan for releasing them from the body
list of recommended readings for achieving your specific goals
50 minutes by phone or in person
Jaci’s program is designed to initiate shifts that create longer term, lasting change. She will often recommend 1-5 follow-up sessions, booked consecutively, in the beginning of your work together.
This will be discussed in depth in your initial consultation and you will have time to reflect and consider before you agree to a program. You can change a lot in 6 sessions, if you are committed.
